What are your shipping options?

Do you offer same day delivery?

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Orders within Metro Manila will take about 3-5 business days while provincial orders will take about 5-10 business days to arrive.

What are the available modes of payment?

We accept credit/debit cards, GCash and other e-wallets. If you don't see your desired method of payment upon checkout, feel free to message us on Instagram (@thetidyconcept) and we'll see if we can accommodate!

Do you accept COD orders?

We accept COD orders on our Shopee and Lazada store! Simply choose COD as your payment method upon checkout.
